Tale nome indica comunemente la torre dell'orologio delle Houses of Parliament di Londra, ma in realtà designa la grande campana dell'orologio. The bora is a cold wind that blows in Italy, especially in winter, and is particularly associated with Trieste, where it reaches speeds of 150 km per hour. The streets of the city centre are fitted with ropes and chains to help people get around on particularly windy days.
